Christmas staff meal

Starter

Smoked Salmon Bruchetta - smoked salmon, cream cheese, capers & rocket on alice of crusty bread (if gluten free at 99p)

Chicken Bites - spicy chicken bites served with mayo

Buffalo cauliflower - spicy battered cauliflower

Veggie samosa - hand made individual mini vegetable samosas served with sweet chilli

 

Mains

Christmas Dinner - British farm assured turkey, carrots, roasted potatoes, pigs in blankets, cranberry sauce, yorkshire pudding and gravy

Veggie Tagine - squash, cranberry, chickpea, tomato and red onion tagine served with basmati rice and a toasted pitta (slice of gluten free bread 99p)

Honey and Garlic Pork Belly - pork belly bites slow cooked in garlic, chilli, honey and soy sauce, finished with sesame seeds and chives served with basmati rice

Salmon - baked lemon salmon, buttery carrots, roasted potato and tartar sauce

Rib eye steak (£5.99 supplement) - 8oz british beef aged rib eye steak, served with mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and skin-on fries (add pepper sauce £1.50 )

 

Desserts

Christmas Pudding - drizzled with brandy sauce

Lemon Panacotta Tart - rich butter pastry with a creamy lemon filling

Chocolate Truffle Torte - a gluten free chocolate crumb based layered with a vegan dark chocolate ganache and topped with a caramel glaze

Ice cream - choose two scoops from the following flabours - vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, salted caramel, sorbet 

Add 25 ml limoncello (£2.49)
