We are thrilled to announce the opening of our very exciting residential week in North Wales from Sunday 26th February 2023 and returning on Saturday 4th March. This is the second week of Term 4 and just hits the start of meteorological spring.
The Snowdonia trip suits our most intrepid and adventurous children! The week will be held at Arete Outdoor Education Centre, involving instructors who have formerly worked with us on previous visits.
The 2023 visit will be for children in Year 5 and Year 6 . Priority will be given to those in Year 6 who haven't been before and then those in Year 5. If spaces are still available in December then anyone who went in 2022 and would like to repeat the experience will be be included.
The Wales experience is very different to our other residentials whilst building on skills and previous learning through activities that include things like rock climbing on real rocks, conquering mountains, going underground, kayaking, gorge walking and generally getting out and about in the amazing Snowdonia National Park. This is a chance to spend time in an environment that is very different to North Kent.

Children need to be keen to be outdoors, be capable of walking up steep and rough terrain, be willing to try new and challenging activities as well as being ok with a long drive from Kent to Wales! There are 28 spaces available.
All activities will be led by fully qualified instructors . The price for the week is £385 which includes all activities, transport, accommodation and meals with the exception of travelling meals on the way up and hopefully a McDonalds stop on the way home.! The cost needs to be met in full before we leave.
The dates for this adventure are leaving on Sunday morning of 26th February and returning to Wouldham on Saturday 4th March. This means 6 nights away and all meals and activities included (excluding travelling packed lunch on the Sunday). Equipment is also included so its just clothing, book and teddy needed!
