September 2025
Dear Parents, Carers and Visitors,
On behalf of the children, staff, and Governors, I extend a warm welcome to you all as we embark on another exciting academic year at Wouldham All Saints Church of England Primary School. Our school proudly serves the communities of Wouldham, Peters Village, and the surrounding areas near Rochester in Kent.
As a school, we have high expectations for all stakeholders and challenge ourselves and our children to ensure that learning is dynamic, engaging, and active. As a nurturing and inclusive two-form entry school, we are committed to our Christian values and biblical teachings, which underpin our ethos.
With 25 years of experience in education, I am thrilled to be commencing my third year as Headteacher of this wonderful institution. One of the distinguishing features of our school is our unwavering commitment to active and enjoyable learning. We hold the belief that education should be a dynamic experience, and we are indeed fortunate to have state-of-the-art facilities that enhance this approach.
At Wouldham All Saints CE Primary School, we are resolutely dedicated to providing a curriculum that empowers every child to aspire and achieve their full potential. We recognise the individuality of each child, and it is our responsibility to tailor their learning journey accordingly. Our positive behaviour support strategies foster our pupils' social, emotional, and spiritual development.
Partnership with parents and carers is crucial to our success as a school. Last year, I thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with our parent forum, which greatly enriched my understanding of how to implement new initiatives and better support our families. The invaluable contributions of our Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), the Friends of Wouldham, facilitate wonderful events and essential fundraising, enabling us to provide enriching educational opportunities despite the challenges of the current financial landscape.
Each member of our dedicated staff team is passionate about inspiring learning and strives to ensure that every child feels valued and engaged. We achieve this through an enriching curriculum that allows children to develop into independent, confident, and successful learners who are equipped to make positive contributions to their communities and society at large.
To our existing families, I thank you for your continued support. I look forward to a successful year ahead, where together we can nurture our children and foster their growth. For new families, I invite you to explore our fantastic school further by visiting our web pages, where you will find an array of information about our offerings. Should you wish to arrange a visit, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Yours faithfully,

Mrs V. Baldwin
Headteacher
